This policy applies to Snap It accounts, applications, automation, and services operated by Orviq Technologies.
Use Snap It lawfully and with authorization
You may use Snap It only on devices, accounts, content, and systems you own or are authorized to access.
Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized access, credential theft, surveillance, stalking, or privacy invasion.
- Malware, phishing, spam, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive manipulation.
- Bypassing security, usage, subscription, or provider controls.
- Exploiting or harming children or vulnerable people.
- Creating or distributing unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
- Automating weapons, critical infrastructure, emergency services, medical treatment, financial transactions, or other high-impact decisions without legally required human review.
- Using screen or voice context belonging to another person without an appropriate legal basis and permission.
- Overloading, probing, scraping, or disrupting Snap It infrastructure.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and systems. Contact contact@hellosnapit.com to report misuse.
