Orviq Technologies wants Snap It’s website, setup experience, and core controls to be usable by as many people as possible.
Our target
We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website and use native macOS and Windows controls where practical so keyboard navigation, focus indication, text scaling, contrast, and assistive technologies work predictably.
Current limitations
Animated story scenes and visual on-screen guidance can be difficult for some users. The website honours reduced-motion preferences where implemented, and essential product information is also available on conventional pages. Some third-party checkout, Google AI Studio, and operating-system permission screens are controlled by their providers.
App access
Snap It relies on operating-system accessibility APIs to identify interface controls. That permission is explained during setup and can be revoked in system settings. Revoking it may limit targeting and automation but does not remove your account.
Request help
If a page or app flow is inaccessible, email contact@hellosnapit.com with the page or feature, device, operating system, and assistive technology involved. Do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive screenshots. We will provide a reasonable alternative where possible.
